The data showed that I stopped breathing a total of 22 times an hour during the early stages of sleep, and when I was in REM sleep, I stopped breathing a total of 57 times an hour, so I have been diagnosed as having Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and now have to use a CPAP machine when I sleep. My sleep apnea was rated as "SEVERE" due to the number ot times I stopped breathing.
