Part of Satan's deception

Wow. I hadn't known Justin advocated exterminating homosexuals from out of the relm. I don't think I'd go that far because an exterminated person can't repent but, looking at what we have today, that might be the only way of handling them. However, I don't remember Jesus advocating the execution of sinners.

Personally, I think homosexuality is a great deal like alcoholism; and alcoholism, so far as I can tell, is both genetic and learned. It definitely runs in families but how much of it is taught by parents to children and how much of it is inherited I don't know. However, like alcoholism, homosexuality IS subject to control and afflicted persons are NOT helpless before it. Just as an alcoholic can stop drinking and live a normal Godly life, just so a homosexual can stop his behavior and live a normal Godly life. I'm alcoholic, and I KNOW a person can stop. It's very hard but he CAN with God's help.

Telling a homosexual that it's entirely genetic implies that he cannot help himself, which dooms him just as much as telling an alcoholic it's OK to drink. It takes away all hope.
