Response to Verse of The Day For Tuesday, November 25, 2008

Or, the Man finally tells God to take a hike and God obeys. See John 3:19-20.

Those referred to in the Romans verse had, by that time, descended into total rejection, depravity, and sexual sins. It was their action of rejecting even the knowledge of God which prompted his withdrawal. We can take ourselves so far away from God that we don't know any longer there's even a possibility of return.
