"Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints" (Jude 3).

"Let us come before him with thanksgiving" (Psalm 95:2 NIV)

As we celebrate the holiday known as "Thanksgiving Day" today, let's remember why the day was set aside. It was set aside for the entire nation to give thanks unto God for the blessings He has bestowed upon us. It's more than just getting together with family and friends and feasting; its about taking time to reflect on the Lord and His blessings. Let's not leave the Lord out of this special day today.

Rev. Jack Howell
"Some bring God's curse on them by marking off part of the Bible, calling it erroneous, uninspired, less than the very Word of God." - Dr. John R. Rice

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." (Romans 1:16)
