You aren't the only one who does that. What we SHOULD be focussed on is getting it stopped, fairly. It's hard to think like that when the adrenaline flows and our brains are throwing up all those really neat put-downs, but that's where we should at least be aimed.
I do pray for you, and also for the lady involved. In my judgement, you both need a LOT LOT of prayer :^). But, then, so do I.
