"Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints" (Jude 3).

"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7 NIV)

Are you full of anxiety? Are you worried about a situation or circumstance you, or a friend, or loved one may be facing? Turn to the Lord and humble yourself before Him and turn it all over to Him and let Him take the burden off of your shoulders. When you do, you will find that He has given you a peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and keep your mind stayed upon Him for He has declared, "You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!" (Isaiah 26:3). Back on January 24, 2008 when I was taken to the hospital due to my doctor believing I was on the verge of a stroke or heart attack, as I laid in the bed in the emergency room while the doctors were doing their tests, I was not worried, for the Lord had given me perfect peace about the whole matter. It was a peace that defies description in mere human terms other than being an absolute peace of mind that no matter what happens, God was in control and that I was in His hands, and in fact, I even felt the presence of His angels in the room with me. No matter what you, a friend, or loved one may be facing, remember God is still on the Throne, and He is still in control. Give it over to Him and let God be God in the matter!

"Some bring God's curse on them by marking off part of the Bible, calling it erroneous, uninspired, less than the very Word of God." - Dr. John R. Rice

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." (Romans 1:16)
