but they will choke in the finals for the 3rd year in a row |

How did those AAA players work out this year? CBC will have 4 lines of AAA, Jr B, and CSDHL just like every year and run the show yet again. |

| Re: 2008-2009 Pre-Season Rankings | March 8 2008, 4:14 PM |
CBC returns 3 of their best 4 players (burkemper, roth, clark) and only loses Carey. Also, Scherer will most likely be playing for CBC next year after having to sit out due to U16 rules. Im not saying that they offset, but CBC isnt losing much at all. |

I doubt it since they will be playing for Cavalini and he doesn't let them play HS Hockey. Mr Cav is starting his own aaa team so his kid can play. |

| Re: 2008-2009 Pre-Season Rankings | March 8 2008, 5:26 PM |
A new MM team next year will not allow the CBC AAA U 16 to play again next year. Mr Cav wants his boy to play. Imagine that. Roth, not so good just a big body. If hrubes would have played gensler and wideman together that night it would have been a little harder since you can't double team two kids at once. The AAA kids could not fix the goalie issues. He was young inexperienced and couldn't handle the pressure.

youre pathetic
dont put that loss on your goalie. youre little stuck up superstars are too lazy to play defense and it finally caught up to them in that game. gensler spent no more than 30 seconds in his end all game, same with wideman. chaminade has never been very good they just could score. and who couldnt if you cherry pick all day god knows how many points some other top players would have if they played the same way gensler did. but oh wait - its a team game. and thats why they couldnt win. no goalie stood a chance with what shassere had to face that night. |

No need to double team CCPs "stars" Carey and Clark are the best duo in midstates and can single handedly take them out of the game. |

its already confirmed that tony g's coming back his senior year for ccp....who is left in midstates that can stop a line of gensler wideman and giacin? |

CBC did a pretty decent job against them the past 2 years. You may remember 11-0 and 9-2. |

Every year CCP has 3 or 4 really good kids but that just isnt enough against CBC. This year Leonard put up amazing points, Giacin wouldnt have done any better than 40+. Just watch, next year each will probably put up around 50 points but their next best forward will have like 15. Those 3 are great, but gotta have depth you guys should have been able to figure that out by now. Next year will be no different. |

You are right but I just see any great players on CBC next year either. Plus their goalie will be real bad as well. It should be interesting. |

Pattonville should be number one. The've just about inked the deal on a kid coming over from the German elite league and it's also been rumored they got another one coming in from Russia. |

Does SLUH bring back that defenseman that got walked in the semi-final game to lose? That should be great! |

Even without Effinger, SLUH will have plenty of offense and at keep them out of the Metro basement. |

Lordo is a pylon! And if Leonard is a senior and Tony G is replacing him then that is bad for them because tony sucks. Their first line might be good-tony gensler and widemen- next year but they have any depth and thats why cbc owned them this year, they only had gensler widemen and leonard this year, no one else forward wise. |

9:40 is exactly right, CCP will have 3 or 4 good players just like every year. That isnt going to get you a championship. Unless half of Culver is coming with Giacin, CBC will dominate you again if you even make it that far. |

Vianney loses 3 senior skaters. Two of which were the worst players on the team. They lose one senior goalie but have Bearden and Dahlhimer to battle for that number one goalie spot as seniors next. Should be a good year for the Griffins. |
