too bad some other 93's weren't available to tryout so they just didn't send the entire aaa team.

so why bother trying out, and don't say if you're good enough you'll make. there's maybe two or three non-aaa players. more cronyism.

no, the best kids that were there made the list - period. no cronyism involved

the 92s look suspect in a couple spots

These tryouts have historically been pretty biased towards AAA. In defense of the folks making the choices it's easier to pick the kids you know whenever there is a doubt. Over the years I have been around St. Louis hockey there have been some glaring errors but they get it right 95% of the time. You have kids playing DI college hockey and Jr. A who have never made a district team or were passed over because they chose not to play AAA. So I guess what I am saying is don't worry if your kid is good enough making the district camp in Chicago is not a big deal, and really once you get there it seems without an established "reputation" or an NHL pedigree you won't get chosen to move on.
