It seems like we spent half our time trying to get from point A to point B in town. Man these D1 characters walk so slow! They are definately in no hurry at all to save Tristram from the evil forces of Diablo!
Well Dallen and I had fun in a Nightmare game, with Dallen being his snob warrior and me being my rogue snob at first and then switching to my BNM later after nearly killing Dallen a few times with arrows. Oof(BAR) came along for a level or so and then took off because his poor barbie was getting pretty beat up (and so were me and Dallen!). All I have to say is I was glad it was only NM difficulty! I died several times and I was getting hit in every battle
Between the super slow moving characters and the crummy v1.08 walking, it was a bit frustrating. I did have fun but I know I would have had a much more enjoyable time in good old v1.07
Oh well.
I'm up for some more D1 next week.. maybe a little bit of Normal difficulty
