Usually when I have to call Hughesnet tech support I wind up wanting to reach through the phone and... well, it ain't purty, lol.

Today, after being w/o electricity and water for several days courtesy of TS Fay I couldn't get online after we got electric back, so I called Hughesnet. I had the BEST tech ever! He also shared this site with me, so I'm passing it on. It has some great knowledge!

Thanks for this..altho i do not exactly understand what it does.. i have a Mac and i clicked on the Mac operating system on the page you sent me, and i saw a picture of what is on my computer screen..

what am i SUPPOSED TO SEE?..

oh well.. i am sure it will be helpful to some folks..maybe computer users..windows and etc.
