Finished reading your book the other night and it seems like the trail is a busy place. I walked the 60 mile north-south trail in Land between the lakes last June and didn't see a single person during the 3 1/2 days I was there suffering in 90 degree heat.
Looking forward to hiking the entire trail in early June before the runners take over mid-month.
