I agree - I get sick of Krycek being the more dominant partner of the relationship. Still...I like Krycek to maintain some of his danger and mystery. My all time favorite fics have Krycek in love with Mulder and wanting to protect his favorite agent - not dominate him.
My all time favs are: the Domesticated Series by Viridian5, Partners by Sylvia (an AU, but with a strong Mulder that is rather sexy in his self-assurance and danger), Mad Dogs by Ladonna King (which is more of a dominant Mulder story since Krycek's a bit animalistic - a weird, but endearing story), and a few more that are making me realize that the 'classics' are the best since my favorite stories are all older stories in the fandom.
If you are looking for recent good stories in this pairing...they are few and far between. I've been frustrated, myself, in this pairing and can find very few M/K fics worth reading these days. Perhaps you should try Logan's Second Grace series (four books). It has a sufficiently strong Mulder in that story, though it is told from Krycek's POV. One warning, though - make sure you have a box of tissues handy...there are some sad parts, though they are worth reading.
