Wrestling Begins: Friday, June 27 / 9am
Eligibility: If you missed the NHSCA state qualifier held on June 7, you must contact NHSCA to request a wild card entry at 610.923.0900 or email nhsca@nhsca.com with your name(s) & credentials.
Divisions and Weight Classes:
College / Open Division: 125, 133, 141, 149, 157, 165, 174, 184, 197, 285
High School Division, grades 9-12:
103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215, 285
Note: All divisions feature double-elimination with full consolation brackets
Uniforms: wrestling singlets are required
Awards: Top 8 finishers in each weight class will receive awards & official recognition as All-Americans. An Outstanding Wrestler award in each division will be given at the conclusion of the finals. You must be present on the awards stand at the finals in order to receive your award. There will also be state team awards for the top 3 finishers.
Team Scoring: The top point scorer in each weight class from each state will be designated as the point scorer at that weight class for that state. The state team score will include scores from all four divisions.
Entry Fee: $45
Register ONLINE only at www.nhsca.com. There will be no late entries or onsite entries accepted in this event. Online registration deadline is June 22. Your coach must be a 2007-08 member of the NHSCA in order to coach at the event. Coaches can register online at www.nhsca.com or onsite at the event.
Change of Weights: You can change weights 3 days prior to the event with no penalty. To change weights please call the NHSCA at 610.923.0900. There will be a $10 penalty fee to change weights thereafter.
