The data which I uploaded before shows the boats which the Japanese had. They were not all used.

I don't know what boats were actually used in crossing Johore Straits. But, Japanese plan shows the use of boats as follows. I think that they are not so different from actually used boats.

5th Division (x day)
- 70 Type 95 Collapsible Boats
- 15 Shohatsus
- 9 Type 95 Collapsible Boat Pontoon Bridges
- 11 Type 100 Pontoon Bridges
- 10 Type 99 Pontoon Bridges

18th Division (x day)
- 100 Type 95 Collapsible Boats
- 8 Type 95 Collapsible Boat Pontoon Bridges
- 6 Type 100 Pontoon Bridges

Imperial Guard Division & Army (x+1 day)
- 90 Type 95 Collapsible Boats
- 7 Type 95 Collapsible Boat Pontoon Bridges
- 17 Type 100 Pontoon Bridges
- 8 Type 99 Type 99 Pontoon Bridges

Note that some boats were used doubly on x day and x+1 day.
