Hello to all,

is there any proof that KNIL or other semi-militair units in the NEI were
being equipped with US Suspension-system like m1923 Cartridgebelt and m1936
Suspender pre Java-Surrender ?
According to the deliveries of the M1941 Johnson- and M1917 Enfield-Rifle
1941, it must have been like that !
I can hardly imagine KNIL whas using her own M95 pouch for the bullet .30-06.
During the Reorganisation in Australia in 1942 KNIL did use US equipment,
but before.......?
For the Italian stuff they gathered, KNIL did made use of pouches for the
Mänlicher-Carcano or 'own' makings (Artillerie-Inrichtingen), but for the
deliveries from the USA ???
Who can help me with this question ?
