As most who have followed my posts here know, I'm open minded on healthcare reform and universal healthcare. However, a plan floating now would fund the healthcare reform by taxing individuals for employer health benefits. I'm not necessarily opposed to that. The money has to come from somewhere.
But at least one major Democratic plan under consideration would exempt from that tax union members. That grotesque political favoritism is flatulently disgusting and if included in any healthcare reform plan would cause me to vehemently oppose the plan.
