A musician sees united baggage handlers playing catch with his expensive guitar before his flight at Chicago's O'hare. When he lands, his guitar is broken. He spends a year trying to get United to pay for, to no avail. So what does he do?
He makes a funny music video entitled "United Breaks Guitars." It becomes an internet hit. United humbly succumbs and offers to not only pay for his guitar, but to by the video to use as a training film.
