Will come in the conference committee after the House and Senate pass different versions. Hammering out something that can pass both the House and Senate remains a daunting task. It might happen, but then again, it might not.

Not as currently written. I believe the current versions will add enormously to an already too high federal deficit. The primary funding mechanism of supposed Medicare savings is nothing but sheer smoke and mirrors.

If the American people want universal healthcare we should be called upon to pay for it with taxes that actually do so.

I have to agree with this, actually. When the folks who complain that we're the only industrialized nation in the world that doesn't have universal healthcare, one of the points they miss (either deliberately or out of ignorance) is that with the exception of Mexico, our taxes are also lower than any of these other industrialized nations.
