You can count them on one hand.

Jimmy Carter was the first American President born in a hospital. Here's what we have since then.

Ronald Reagan was not born in a hospital. He was born in an apartment of a commercial building in Tampico, Illinois.

George Bush, Senior was not born in a hospital. He was born in a house in Milton Massachusetts.

Bill Clinton was only the second American President born in a hospital. He was born in Julia Chester Hospital in Hope, Arkansas.

George Bush, Junior became only the third American President born in a hospital. He was born in what is now Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven Connecticut.

Barack Obama is only the fourth American President born in a hospital. He was born in Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital (now called the "Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children" in Honolulu Hawaii.

Only three prior American Presidents could have possibly met the Birther and State of Arizona demands for a document that includes the name of the hospital and signature of delivering physician.
