I took a trip up to kitamaat to watch these do battle for the west division title, unfortunatly this game was a flop on account of piss poor officiating. I wanted to watch the better team win but the way it went, it more or less GIVEN to the home team? Out the six periods that I did watch, only one period was great to watch and then the ref in both games literally took the spotlight and ruined a chance of really good games? Being the playoffs, you would think they the officials would let the teams decide who wanted to advance to the finals? As the game ended in the game sunday, you would think the winning team would be happy or excited or show some kind of emotion from winning the west division title "again"? I really think the team was somewhat embarressed of the way both games had turned out? I've got nothing against the demons but really though as champs for the last three seasons YES they are going to be going through alot to repeat, teams out there want to be the ones to beat the champs, as for this west division final, I too would like to say what I feel like everyone else has. As for the hazelton team it has been a learning curve for them and a great run while it lasted, in closing best wishes to both teams in the finals and may the best team win. Thank you to ALL teams in the league for giving us the opportunity to watch great hockey throughtout the season. And to those on the chat, thank you as well, no one was hurt but again, as we try to teach our future CIHL players around the interior to play hard play fair and most importantly have FUN,

So CIHL FAN took you a week to write your bullsh*&.. More whining from Hazelton Bloatweasel fans...if its not drunk hung over players, its reffing that caused the Bloatweasels to lose 18 games this year....

Nope the only reason poor Hazelton Bloatweasels lost was the ref... if the boys on the demons hadn't self imposed the mercy rule... the demise of the bloats would have been worse..

The crowing was about how week the west was.. if kitimat was getting beat by Terrace and the likes , then the west wasn't as strong as it used to be.. Apparently that isn't the case right now.. One more game will do it...sounds like dinner and a game in kitimat..

Hazelton has a good fan base though. There are some really great fans from Hazelton, but the ones in here are creating a very bad name for them. You guys better start smartening up for your own good and the good of your team. Start thinking before you type.
