I heard a rumour that Curt Cardinal has been approached by the Houston Luckies to play there, apparently they offered him cash to play. If this is true that's a blow to the Wolverines line up but it could just be a dirty rumour. I know he was in Hazelton last night trying out with the Wolves but still who knows what this guy is going to do.

hasnt there been enough talk about cardnal on here. you all talk like he is a god who will take whatever team he plays with to the promise land. one player does not make a team and this guy seems like he is trying out for every team in the league. when he played for rupert last year he was just another regular player. jamie moran is a bigger game breaker than cardnal will ever be

I think any of the luckies 'rumours' about Cardinal were very 'tongue in cheek'..in fact, I would suggest that Cardinal did not even get offered a mama burger and a root Beer Float from Luckies management...and if he did they would have overpaid...
