10-1 for kitty so far, Cardinal injured, 11 skaters, 2 goalies...does not sound good for the bloatweasels |

Sucks to be Hazelton tonight. Any word on what's up with Cardinal, given that he's, quite handily, leading the league in points? |

Apparently I should read all of the new threads before posting responses. Just saw about the leg laceration. As Sandlak said, definitely not good when coupled with the loss of Barnes. |

with cardinal out of the lineup, they did only have 10 skaters. not a very full roster. but have to give them credit for still playing the game, even if the final was 15-1. they are still in fourth in the west. they still have 5 games left. well see what happens. good luck to them!! |

Hazelton came into town extremely short-handed and then lost arguably their best player to injury. This was an unfortunate accident and the Wolverines took the circumstances in stride. They never stopped plugging, but were very tired playing two lines against four for the length of a game...but there were no complaints. Reffing was solid...calls were made when needed, but only five in the game as everybody stuck to hockey. | |
