Yes I did tell her this, and I also said that I think it a shame and she says well yeah cause she has NO problem with her. I know it belongs to me, sigh...
Hey, not my T, but still the best idea I have seen yet. If I start to think my way through it, maybe I can get to know her enough to not take such unwarrented offense.
(Actually with T I have completely open communication so with her I do not have this problem. I never need her receptionist, although I do talk to her billing service once in a while.)
