In order for any t to really be able to help, whomever talks to her is going to have to be honest. I think that it is good to not tell all at once...trust does need to be established first. But it is through honestly that the real healing happens. And a good t will be willing to hear your story, no matter how horrible it is and has been. Also, I know you are not a baby, but I am glad that Felix is there to help you to not cut, cuz I know that can be very difficult at times.
