Hi there. I don't remember if you have a t or not, but if you do, it might be a good idea to explore this anger with him/her. I remember when I went through an angry phase and didn't know where it was all coming from, and I know that it's hard and frightening. I did release some of my anger pounding a plastic bat onto the couch cushions. Yelling is also a good release. As for not wanting to write here because others are having a rough time too....you deserve to be able to express yourself. It is perfectly ok to write here whenever you want/need to. You matter. I hope you feel better soon.
