My sister moved into a house with two pit bull dogs next door. There was a high fence, and the people had made sure the dogs could not jump it. My brother-in-law who thinks he is so macho walked right up to the fence and was taunting the dogs. One of them jumped up enough to get her head over the fence and bit him.
Now they are making threats against the dog owners. I don't think this is fair. They KNEW the dogs were pit bulls and the idiot, who thinks he is soooo smart, walked right up to the dogs to taunt them. I think it is his own fault and he should not try to make trouble for those people. After all, they built a good fence. He did not need to walk right up to the dogs and tease them.
Now they want to have the dogs destroyed and I think it is their own fault. No one would be stupid enough to wave a red flag in front of a bull, and then blame the bull for charging at it.
I hope there is no one reading here named Russell. I know my sister doesn't read here. She has no understanding of and no sympathy for anybody with problems. Anyway, hope I didn't offend anyone who doesn't deserve it. And if Russell IS reading here....naaa, not possible. Anyway, thanks for giving us a space to vent. I think this is so unfair but I can't say anything about it to anybody in the family.
