i used to have flashbacks and they were fast like you're describing them..i don't know what precipitates them: lately i just hear lots of conversations and i think its during stressful periods of time...sometimes i think when we're strong enough for information it starts to surface: no matter that our outside lives may seem as if they are full of stress and strife! i hope you find rest in all this...at times, i would react like a gunshot: fast and unpredictable without the words to describe what had happened.
i wish i could be of some help...lately i am sort of feeling like i'm disintigrating....or maybe i'm just coming back together like a puzzle.
