I'm so sorry you feel like you are disappearing like that, being enveloped by fat. I imagine that is a pretty unpleasant feeling, and I want you to know that I care. I think that you are still very much inside there, no matter how much fat there is, because personality and spirit are not physical and cannot disappear from physical conditions like weight.
