Hi there. Do you know any grounding techniques to help you through flashbacks? I don't know too many, but one that works for some people is to get some ice (or something cold) and hold it against your arm. Somehow becoming aware of the cold that is in the here and now tends to help some people get more grounded in the here and now. Also, focus on feeling your feet on the ground, the chair under your body, etc. Focus on what is in the present to try to ground yourself IN the present. Hope this helps....I know it's hard.
