This is a very lovely post and it sounds like you have been experiencing some real growth. This message really touched me.
As you may have noticed I also responded to Tam's post because I was triggered so I understand how you felt, but at the same time it was posible for me to approach here with MY PROBLEM and she was more than gracious about it and is willing to help me out by being careful how she posts to me in the future.
