Oh Alex! I'm so so sorry this happened to you!!! I'm wondering if she would have done anything differently if you had said "I'm in a crisis too. Can I wait here until you have dealt with the other person?" It's possible that she might say ok to that. I know you must feel so very frustrated having ridden the bus for so long for nothing, and to not be able to talk about what you are going through. Please know you are in my thoughts.
