Make sure you charge enough that you can pay to put a new floor down,being you have no idea what your doing I would do my friend a favor and not mess her floor/house up. Wood floors are not like VCT if you mess a finish job up you just restrip and go again,wood will take far much more to fix. I'm not trying to be a smart a_s,I just don't want you to have to pay out 3000.00 for a floor,trying to make 500.00. Your money and your name is on the line.
