Hello ladies,

After reading the previous post a few more times I am more than ever looking forward to using the subconscious mind to achieve my goals, in and outside of NBE. I am someone who, in the past year or so, has been exposed to many "mysteries" regarding the human thought process, ie. what we do to block ourselves from certain successes, laws of attraction, why we have such difficulty controlling our emotions, etc. I am taking this all one step at a time, but was wondering if either of you could provide me with a few more details.

So, a few questions...

To Luna: How soon did your body recognize your self-hypnosis? ie. How long before it did it take recognize tingling, warmth, or other sensations? I imagine your mind has to become accustomed to these new thought and images. I, for example, had a hard time even imagining myself with my perfect breasts in the first place!

I am intrigued by your comments regarding blockades that came up for you during your process. How fitting...the shame we felt as young developing women, often in a hypersexualized society...I wonder how deeply this runs for women in general. I know that, in my case, this is something that I remember distinctly from my adolescence.

Also, could you recommend any online resources for autogenic training?

Congrats on your growth =)

To Kerry:
As a certified hypnotist, what are other cases that you have seen regarding working the subconscoius mind? I am talking about correcting emotional issues, mostly. I have tried in the past addressing myself in the mirror every morning, trying to be positive about my goals and talents, but I am beginning to agree that only by manifesting positive thoughts and images in our Minds first, that we can begin to integrate these positive thought patterns into our conscious minds...

And how much does the subconscious mind resist at the onset of these excercises? This must be a common deterrent to may people when trying thing like self-hypnosis, etc. One's resistance must be closely associated to how quickly and how strongly they begin to see and/or feel results.

Thank you both so much for your encouragement.

Lola
