a lot of people seem to think

easy start causes detonations whch damage the rings = no compression = easystart-crack-whore-engine


if you spray a small amount into air intake WHILE cranking the engine this is less of a problem apparently...

having said that some old diesels without glowplugs seem to have an easy start injection system fitted by the factory...


personally, i dunno anymore. engines should start without it anyway so i'd rather fix the problem than risk it
