I assume you're wanting to fix the one you had to angle grind the clutch off of. I'm sure I have enough leftover parts to build a clutch for it.
I always liked the idea of having a spare MZ engine on the floor ready to swap over in a hurry. They're so easy to change it can be done in less than a couple of hours if you have one sitting there ready to go in. But it's not that important if you have other bikes to use, it just saves space and keeps you mobile if one MZ is all you have.
What other bits does it need?
