If you see a car in a bike bay, park as close as possible to one end... and get others to park at the other end....
retire to comfy nearby location and wait for much driver-irateness to ensue....
Conversely, as a protest against Slough (I think) council shutting bike bays, several MAG groups invaded their main car park one Saturday morning, early.... strictly one bike per bay, all paid and displayed...
