I've heard of this fault
I'm sure Mouse could devise a workaround, but
if the equalising pump is 100% and ditto senders which give the signals
it may be as simple as the relay failing or bad related connections.
It sounds like it has to do a lot of work keeping both sides level.
Crap idea BTW
probly great for the warranty years then a PITA after
