Response to any recommendations for cheap insurance for modified bikes?*
Fully declared and photographed for them. Its a paperless system so you print your own policy out. For me cheaper than a standard policy for the bandit, mind you I have reduced the performance rather than bolting on a nitrous kit with a two grand spray job.
Mid term changes are expensive at £25 and DO tell them if you are considering changing your bike in the year as it affects which underwriter they use.
I've heard Footman James are good but they wouldn't quote for the VW 1900 diesel as the engine was more than twice the cc from original.
