...Blithers and I headed from Enfield to Palmers Green today at roughly 14:00 hours amid blue skies and sunshine. We spent an hour dining in a Chinese restaurant and then another couple of hours in a public house drinking double vodkas and perry chasers and then returned home still amid said blue skies. On the up side, the weather forecast is predicting torrential rain for the South West of England ( particularly Devon ) next week so enjoy your little sojourn. By the way, it's 18:41 and the Sun is hammering it down over our humble abode, so much to the extent that we have to draw the curtains to see the telly.
