The referee cup tournament. I assume you are talking about the tournament in Guelph. This tournament is a tournament used to select referees for OHA staff, there is a mix of officials trying to make OHA staff, some who are already OHA staff and trying to become referees, and some are trying to get seen for the OHL. The officiating isn't great and the games are a little disorganized. It takes place between June 19 and 22 and only rookies (players not playing Jr. A/B ) may attend.

so it's not really a tournamnt but just for ref's to get some exposure and stuff?
