Henry! This is deep! I love the analogy of memory-mirror. Beautiful!! So much said in so few words!
"7 years bad luck" in this haiku means to me: we definitely need to have another reunion in 5 yrs; we don't want "broken memories".
Make sure that Jenni gets your haiku.
Maybe you have inspired some of the others, like Robert, to write!
