My daughter is gearing up for her trip to China. Although her missionary trip actually starts August 7 thru 20 I am requesting prayers now. There are 3 areas she voiced concern about in her presentation to the Church and they are as follows: Communist government, medical care, and language barrier. They are being prepared as much as possible in all areas but please join me in pray that God will protect, provide, and allow them to have favor in all areas. As she said, when they talk to the people there they will not be sure actually who they are speaking with. She will be serving in an orphanage with children as well as the elderly who are placed there after they reach an age on unproductibility. If I did not know God was in charge, I don't think I could handle this but seeing the vision she has been given, I know that God has been preparing her for such a time as this.
