It is a mere -3 degrees outside, -23 degree windchill so yep, we are in winter. We have been having 30's to 40's which is very unusual and is bad for the skiers and ice fishers. It is amazing how they drive their vehicles out on frozen lakes, cut a hole in the ice, sit in what looks to me like an outhouse and fish. Go figure and they say, Virginia is boring.
