from new orleans .that was a long drive 870 miles from my house.but it was fun and sad also seeing all the left over katrina areas that are still like it was 2yrs ago i drove thru the 9th ward as they call it down there was a terrable mess .my heart goes out to those that suffered from ther losses . but i did go in some areas that was back to normal even tho im no partier or drinker but i made the trip down burbon street on a saturday night wow what a crowd . but it was a great experience some beautiful sites .took a carriage ride around town that was awsome i would go back for a visit but it will be awhile (hurricane season is comming). rained 8inches in one day while i was there that was scarry for awhile .and i never ate so much in one week in my life lol godbless all ...fred
