Thanksgiving was special as always. I love to prepare and serve a nice meal to whatever relatives show up. We used to host both large families, with deaths, moves, etc., it's down to
a half dozen or so, but still enjoyable. Hope everyone had a good day.
Curious, Henry, did you ever get a turkey for your birthday? Seems at least date appropriate. I'm not sure what the most unusual gift I ever got was. I know the most unusual one I ever gave, I'm very practical, and he needed it, so I gave my brother a commode for his birthday one year. There's something about that sibling rivalry.
