I talked to Kathy tonight. She had come home on Sunday. She really has had a rough and scary time. She was awake during the whole operation Friday, and a piece of the plaque from the blockage in her artery went to her right eye or the part of the brain that controls her right eye. She lost almost all the sight in that eye. They put her on blood thinner trying to dislodge the plaque, and during the night she began bleeding internally. She's still very weak and her sight is not back to normal. She's going to an eye specialist tomorrow. So continue to pray for her complete recovery.
