I don't like keeping a food diary.
How do I make myself like keeping a food diary?
It appears that if I don't 'like' doing something, I'm way less likely to stick with it/do it/make it a habit.
Writing what I eat down DOES HELP, but I tend to graze and not want to look it up.
Thank God I'm not a huge emotional eater. I've never ate a pint of ice cream or half a cake at one sitting. I've never had 2 sandwiches at once, tho I have had 2 reg. hot dogs... :-)
