What do you use the Tylose Gumpaste for???

Hi. Thank you for sharing so much info about gingerbread houses! My son's 5th grade class will be doing a fund raiser in two weeks: Selling kits and decorating gingerbread houses. The PTA has been buying kits each year, and they sell them for $25 each! I am looking into possibly making them, selling them for less $, and hopefully adding more $ to our field trip fund.

However, I've never build or decorated a gingerbread house before. What is gumpaste for?
