Wow - that is a large house.
I would not double this recipe. One batch at a time can be pretty strenuous, it is not recommended that you double this.
I'm not sure how many batches you will need - it will depend on the thickness, number of cut-outs, etc.
But, for a house that size, I would think at a minimum three batches..... one batch at a time.
