I just wanted to thank you for this recipe. I was worried about how rough kids would be on gingerbread but this recipe made for very strong pieces. In place of the honey I used half honey and half molasses and got a darker brown color on the finished product. Also thanks for the small house plans. It was the perfect size for kids to work on their own individually.
